Kevin, The digital ad is wonderful! And, so are the materials you left on our table. The floor plan with the color photos on the quality, heavy-duty paper is such a good reminder for those who came through. All your materials would make talking about this house so easy when folks get home at night and get to decision making. The large color map/brochure of the ranch with amenities bullets….I can imagine prospective buyer calling a relative after a showing and reading right down the list. We are very grateful for all your ‘extra’ effort!
